Doubt in RAD medals

Please could someone help me undestand it, the RAD medal for 4 years is in bronze, the 12 years in silver and the 25 years in gold, but how abou the 18 years? What kind of medal is it?

Hi,

Its the same as the 12 years exept for the ribbon with has a silver national emblem embroidered in metal or silver-grey thread.
