Pre or Post war pin?

Jugendwehr pin in white enamel with golden bat emblazoned on a light blue shield. Would this be pre or post war? I believe the jugendwehr exists today and existed in some form prior to the HJ.

Certainly looks pre-war made...? Jugendwehr is normally associated with the youth organisation of a local voluntary fire brigade in Germany....but I do not know if there was a non-fire brigade organisation in existence in pre-war Germany...I could imagine that there was however..Cheers, Torsten.

Not a bat, but the part human part eagle insignia of Nürnberg. The lettering looks Imperial, but the reverse looks later. Is the pin plate replaced or is it an odd color?
