    Unidentified Shooting/Marksmanship Tinnie

I bought this strange tinnie at the antique store, along with a couple other common tinnies and a RAD cap badge.

It is made of very thin gold-painted iron (it's magnetic). It is about 2 inches wide by 2 1/2 inches long.

Can anyone identify this for me?

All comments & observations are welcome!

    Thanks!
    John

Using Babelfish, I discovered that wehrfähig means "able-bodied".

      Hi,
This type of badge is fairly common. It would have been worn on civilian clothing by a man to show that he had been classified as fit for military service. Probably dates to 1930s.
      Regards/S.
