I need some help on this ring. What this ring stand for? Is it military ? What could be the value ?

Looks more chivalric / fraternal. A wild guess is Order of St Lazarus (Hospitallers). That would tie in with the 8-pointed cross and middle-eastern design on the sides (perhaps the Dome of the Rock) and their crusading origins. Might be knights of Malta / Rhodes.

All of these groups were banned by Hitler. Any marking inside for a hint of period?
