Looking for your best opinion on couple of tinnies being offered in an auction. The reverse of the photo's are blurred and these are all the photos I have.

          Hello,
I believe I had read awhile ago that the first tinnie you show, the 1933 Munich one is a fake. The other one I believe was actually made, whether this one is good or not I can't say. I would wait for others opinions regarding these items but as I said I do believe the first one shown is said to be fake. Actually the back on the second one, although the pic is not good looks like the back of those fake swedish tinnies that where around for awhile...but again wait for more knowledgeable members opinions.

Bill is correct with regard to the first tinnie, a fake based on another genuine design.

Re the second tinnie, this link & the subsequent link within the thread may help http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...ight=ss+tinnie

            Cheers

              Bill / Don,

Thank you for your prompt replies and very insightful information. It is always trecherous when looking at anything with the sig runes on them. Again thanks!
