What is the purpose of this 1933 Trier Tinnie?

In Trier the Roman Catholic people can make a pilgrimage to see the Holy Coat (?) (Heiliger Rock).

This is a souvenir of a pilgrimage made 1933.

Now I can add some better informations:

The thing is called Seamless Robe of Jesu (Holy Tunic).

They do not show this tunic every year, only in special years so in 1933 from 23 July - 8 Sept 1933 because it was a so called "Holy Year" .
