n.s.k.k. shield?

hi, being new to this site i haven"t worked out how to send a picture yet. can anyone tell me what this badge is. its a brass sheild on a cloth back nskk eagle with stern fahrt either side, below it says breslau 10th sept 1933, it still has paper backing on cloth.its 95mm high by 60mm wide.thank you
