Kreissieger markers mark pictures A.G Tham

[R v Kempen]

Hello all

I found a few A.G. Tham 1939 Kreissieger but the makers mark isn't horizontal on the badge, now i wonder if this is regarded as good.

I only got one picture of a Tham Kreissieger in my files but that MM is horizontal.
All other characteristics are good.
