It´s a cast copy. Just compare the pictures with an original of this maker and you´ll have no doubt on this.

I have one of these in bronze, never seen a silver one, but the lettering
on the wreath, and the makers mark on the reverse looks just like the
one i have. the pitting and pock marks are off putting the pin fitting is
spot on,I don,t no what to say it,s easy to dismiss this as a fake, the acid
test is they don,t just make one others will appear. Keep your eyes out.
