Sa Sportabz

Hello,

I've checked my collection of SA Sportabzeichen and found 1 difference.

My Hensler is a Sport Type 2, and not a type 1 ...



I have 2 questions for SA Sportabzeichen experts:

Does following SA Sportabzeichens exist?

- SA Sportabzeichen Type 1: Berg&Nolte
- SA Sportabzeichen Type 2: E Schneider unnumbered

WEHR Type 2

I have only ever seen the Wehrsport Abzeichen type 2 (only RZM marked) in bronze. Does anyone know if these were also made in silver and gold?

Wehr type 1--black finish

This badge is a mystery to me. It came to me from collector friend, researcher, and author Clyde Davis. He bought this back in the 60's from a vet bring back box that had several items in it; Mr. Davis bought the lot because it contained HJ items of interest. This badge was not of significant interest to him. I took pics inside with a flash and outside in bright sun. In hand the remains of the black finish are obvious. It is hard to capture the color with a camera.
