I´d say it´s a tinnie related with a KdF unit from Oberbayern or a tinnie made to get money to pay or to conmemorate a trip organizated by the KdF to the Oberbayern mountains.

I just bought this along with a belt buckle so it is currently in the mail...(I hope) When I get I will take better photographs and post them.

Glad to hear its somewhat rare since I kind of wasn't sure what to offer the person and you never know with tinnies.
