Gau Munich Badge 9 November 1921

These two look very good to me but I have never actually owned one before. Apparently this badge never recieved official recognition but is closely tied to the Blood Order so maybe not too many around. Manufacture and quality look great to me. What is your opinion. Better pictures today. Two badges - both basically identical. Thanks, Richard

Hello Richard these two both look exactly the same as mine very nice indeed, As to the relation to the blood order i know this opinion isnt going to be popular but i feel these are just a "super tinnie" there are way too many in circulation to have a direct correlation to the blood order.
          Still very nice and collectable

These are infact an award from the Munich region. These were awarded untill possibly late 1936. They have no relavence to the Blood Order. Super tinnie - sorry NO

My primary area is combat awards so do not know what a super tinnie is but can speculate what you mean. The reference I used was the Political Awards book by Angola. The main thing is that they are good regardless of the collector status placed upon them I guess. They are nice looking, well made, historical badge in my book - thanks for taking a look.

Two nice original badges, does anybody really know the significance of these
badges. As far as i can see it,s all opinion, one says they are connected to
the blood order, others no. Perhaps someone can give us an answer.
                  Regards

Sorry guys what i meant by the term super tinnie was a well produced high quality tinnie. These are not an "award" as they have no official recognition.
                      Cheers

I agree with Warlord that these were awards but not national State awards. I also think that these were awarded by Adolf Wagner to Putsch vets and later to others. Most references relate this badge in connection to the BO. JMO.
