      Chris,

      Yes, they (the 1st Pattern) definately also came hollow-backed as you show. The one's I have seen were always made of steel and were nickel-plated.

        I kinda know what the value of the 2nd pattern is , but really don`t know what the 1st pattern would be. Do you have any idea what they go for?
