Beautiful piece. Nice original and very scarce. If you decide to sell, please contact me. I have the matching award document and have been looking for a 1938 badge to go with it.

I hate to be the only one that disagrees but I do not like the gaps between the eagle and the base plate. When the high quality repops came that was the one sign that I noticed and others commented about. An original should be very flush with the backing. Workmanship should be of top notch quality especially with this high national award.

I would pass in my opinion, but again that's my opinion.
