White Rose with sun rays Pin???

Hello - Can anyone tell me what this pin was for, is it a civil organisation's pin or simply just a white rose surrounded by sunrays pin?

Could just be a coincidence but the resistance group (Hans & Sophie Scholl) were called the White Rose....... May be a commemorative badge or some such, or nothing at all to do with them.....

Thanks, Don - I think I'll wear it until someone recognizes it at a Militaria show or so.... The sun beams made me think Polizei in the first place, but this pin could as well be just a pin - It came with a tin soldier and a DAF meeting tinnie, as well as a Vet Member Pin from Southern Germany.
KR, anyone else maybe seen this one before?

I emailed Tieste and he mailed back that this is a membership Pin for the "Süddeutschen Verbandes katholischer weiblicher Jugendvereine"
- the southern German clubs for catholic girls
Maybe I can celebrate with them if I bring it back....
