The blue one is the 15 year medal -- not the 25 year medal. The 25 is white enamel.

Where/when was this on the e-stand? I completely missed it.

You are quite correct, 15 not 25....just testing to see if you are all paying attention. It was for sale about 3 weeks or so ago I guess.
