Yep a repro. You can tell by the style of attachment plate this style was not used in the TR era.

Hi:
No RZM before 1934. Some call these "commemorative" supporter pins. Done after the fact. IMO no such animal. There are real supporter pins but not yours as for previously stated reasons. Also the manufacture process was different then and there are no "dips" or "puffyness" to the finish. See the dips in the swaz? The polishing process left a finish across the top very smooth and you won't be able to feel the little cloisonned metal dividers. IMHO John
