I'm afraid that this is one of the fakes sold by Nicolas Morigi for about £5. It's very slightly different but I'd still say that it's one of theirs...... See below

Does the white enamel have little black specks at all? Doesn't seem to be any.....havent seen many real ones without the specks (impurities)

It's a fake that's for sure. M1/129 is always dangerous.
