NSDAP medal

Looking at the back of this two medals i could see a little diference at the writing. The second one have like a "texture" at letters. Could someone explain why?

Is it because the picture; I don't know but I certainly prefer the shiny enamel of the first one. I never can take a picture of mine without reflection of that bright enamel.
I have no explaination for the little differing in the letters.
