From the little fact book:
25-4-1937 Note from Stableiter Saupert (Reichsschatzmeister)
“Standartenführer Rattenhuber brings the personal order of the Führer that both the Blutorder and the Goldene Ehrenzeichen must be taken from party member Lehner Besides that it is forbidden for Lehner to wear the uniform and he also have to give back his brown shirt. Lehner will stay in jail on order of the Führer.
Lehner was an owner of a pub in Möschenfeld by München. He was one of Hitler’s earliest supporters with the low number “154”. The reason he was punished, as stated above, was that on the day before the twenty-fifth, after a memorial day of the foundation of the party, Lehner was drunken as hell and made a horrible scene. The man went to Dachau and released after a period. Thereafter he was given the job of housemaster in Oraniënburg. It was for him forbidden to drink alcohol for 5 years and he may not lived in Bayern anymore.
