Does anyone know about this tinnie and its approximate value. I don't own it but am considering making a purchase. It looks quite attractive. Any help would be appreciated.

Its not the best picture but I think it just says Feuer fest, and the date and year. Its relatively inexpensive and I am tempted even though I am broke until payday

What's the back look like? Looks desirable. If it's cheap, buy it. 
I've never seen it before. Judging by what appears to be flames "shooting" from the arms of the sunwheel, and the little stars and all, a wild guess is that it is from some fireworks festival?
