    Turn badge+membershipcard opinions please

    Today i was given a membership-pin and membershipcard of a Turn club
    maybe someone has seen this one before i would appreciate any opinions on it








    The symbol on the membership card is the same as the pin.On the back of the pin it says pforzheim but the rest i can't make out.On the front it says BDM+gruppe maybe someone can tell me what Gruppe that was.Thank you

    BDM is for the Bund Deutscher Mädel (League of German Girls) this membership card is for a girls gymnastic club.

      The membership card was given to a girl born 28 Oct 1925.

      Her name was Magdalena Hirdes.

      Date of joining the club: 1 June 1933

      The club was in Herne, a town (today 170.000 inhabitants) in the Rhur area.
