    NS Frauenschaft 1931 1932 tinnie

I assume this is a rather early tinnie, as opposed to some kind of membership badge. I just thought it was slightly strange for them to have a tinnie that early for the NS Frauenschaft. Does anyone know anything about it?

    Thanks,
    Ron

Ron Actually the NSF served during the "time of struggle" mainly as an auxillary force to feed and treat the streetfighters wounds, mend clothing and uniforms and collect funds. The sunwheel swastika would possibly denote a less party hack viewpoint of the group. I beleive Elsbeth Zander or Frau Auerbachled at this time with her Christian leanings led NSF. 1931-32 was a time of struggle for the NSF as well trying to define women's role in the new Reich. This is a rare tinnie you have as there were only 56,00 members in 1932. Someone with a Teist book could tell you the value but I personally would consider it rare. especially in that fine of condition. Thanks for showing and have a nice weekend. Robert

Stuart check out the one Weitze has. Make sure you are sitting down and not near any sharp objects.
