Hi,

Nice find. It's the HJ Anfänger-Klasse (beginners) shooting badge.

There were three in the series: beginner, advanced (Ausbildungs-Klasse) and special class (Sonder-Klasse). The advanced badge has a silver-coloured wreath around the edge of the badge and the special class has a gold-coloured wreath.
