Both bad I'm afraid.
The Japanese pin is considered a fantasy piece, & in this particular case the pin keeper shows that it's of post '45 manufacture. These are sold in the UK for about £5 by copy specialists.
The British badge looks to be a fake based on an original. The quality of the obverse worries me & the reverse of an original should be marked to "Thomas Fattorini Ltd".
