SCH 21 Stahlhelm Tinnie?

This is one of the last items that if found that I have questioned if they are real or not. This is a nicely made tinnie but doesn`t have your standard pin on the back. There is a name on the lower right side of the tinnie that reads K.Schwetz olt or something like that. Is this real and if so, does anyone have any info on what it is?

Just from looking at the whole motif of this pin I would say it could be a commemorative pin for the veterans of a ww1 mountain unit.
