I do not think that it is generally accepted to be a reproduction, though I am 99% sure it is. I have no definitive proof, but the manufacturing techniques used would suggest that it is, when compared with the standard Hoffstatter pin.
Please, may I ask that there are no more requests to check my little SS-ZA database for pin numbers. I did not think I would start a small flood of requests
