Mini SA Badge Tinnie?

It looks like a mini SA Sports Badge, only this is about 1 inch in diameter. It appears to be made out of zinc, and has no maker mark that I can see.

Any help in identifying this is appreciated! Comments and observations also welcome.

I believe it to be NSKOV, one of three types available, common but not so easy to find with the original silvered finish.

On reflection I think its the National Socialist Organisation for the disabled and berieved, probably donation tinnies.

Wood is correct the NSKOV is the National-Sozialistische Kriegsopferversorgung (Nazi War Victim's Care): under supervision of the party operating and organizing care of wounded and relatives of war- killed. This is one of three designs
