You're right Stan, it is a very nice WWF badge. The only criteria for awarding the badge was membership on the Wehrwirtschaftsrat (War Economic Advisory Council). There were not too many of the titans of business and industry admitted to this fraternity. Those asked to join were required to sign an oath of compliance.
