Unknown badge

I would be grateful if anyone could identify this 'blitz' badge for me. I obtained it about twenty years ago in a box of pre-war political badges, most were British Fascist badges but there were some Dutch NS badges,it certainly isn't British.

Any ideas anyone?

I don't have a clue at this point exactly what this badge is, but there are many different medals or symbols utilizing a lightening bolt. The current Bundeswehr "communications / radio operator" badge has a similiar lightening bolt. Just FYI, as this one may not have anything to do with radio communications. I've never seen associated with the Wehrmacht.

It will be interesting what our membership comes up with.
