Never had seen one like this.
The design is quite similar to the SA sport badges, but IMO it is not related with them.
For me, it look like the veterans organisation pins, althought they usually have an iron cross included.
I´m sorry. I can´t give you more complete information.

Hello Andre, I believe there are three design variations of this Badge it is a German WW2 NSKOV Badge.This was an organization for disabled veterans of the NSDAP
