Sorry - yes a fake.

Originals date from 1923-4. The RZM started 1935 - 10 years later. This is also a common fake back seen on fantasy "SS civil badges".

And to answe the next common question - it is not a "commemorative" or re-issue from later, since Ludendorff in 1933-34 was an active Hitler opponent and in disgrace with the NSDAP.
