the backing looks like a fake of a different enamel bagde in another thread? iam guessing that this isnt a good badge? that and the swas not too close to the edge? i was looking at getting it overwise

these people have had a couple of badges with this bad pin fixing over the past couple of months and they allways sell them shows there are still a lot of people who dont know

Any of these badges with an RZM are fake. I've seen it with M1/4 and M1/73. This badge is from the 1923-24 era and RZM marks started 1935 - 10 years later.

Some try to say they were later re-issues as commemoratives, but Ludendorff was saying very nasty things about Hitler by 1933-34, and so pretty unlikely they'd issue anything with his name on it after that.
