        From the pics it looks ok. My only question is the lines on the reverse. Maybe Stephen will weigh in with his opinion.

          Badge looks perfectly OK to me. There's been a little repair to the black enamel, but these things chipped like crazy, especially since they seem to have been dropped a lot during wear.

          No idea what the scratches are on the back. Either simple wear or an inept attempt at cleaning. Not a big deal either way.

          Nice badge.

                        Robert McDivitt has the list and has identified all of mine. It is worth the fee for the information, and if the owner would like, Robert can do the research and provide a copy of whatever files are available, for an additional research and translation fee.
