Hi Ron,

it seems to be a pin for visitors of the Reichstag in Berlin in the time 1900.

You see the Reichstag is still without dome.
Now they reconstructed a new dome, smaller than the original.

Hi,

it is a modern pin for visitors.

At first it was with "Besuch beim Deutschen Bundestag" in Bonn.

The next was "Reichstag Besuch in Berlin" in Berlin.

Not 1900, only 100 years later.
