    Nurnberg 1929 badge authentic?

What are people's opinion of this item? I have never seen a pin mounting or markings like this before. Is this one legit?

    Thanks

I was wondering the shame before take it for this cheap price, even I sent a pm to the seller.
I don´t know a lot about this kind of badges but I was watching some reference books and this is not the more usual reverse. On the other hand I don´t like the rough surface in the helmet.
But, let speak the experts on this badge.

I don't know about expert, but it looks cast to me. Details are not very sharp. I've never seen a "DRGM" stamp on one before.

I'm with Stephen on this one, never seen a DRGM one before either.

Looks like a poor casting off an original tinnie to me.

Gentlemen I was not aware of this thread and would have loved to have been made aware of it. I have no problem if it is declared a fake and will accept it. The funny thing is that when I showed the tinnie here 3 years ago, prior to buying it for about the same price I am selling it, I got the thumbs up. Three years later I get a diffent verdict. Only difference is that the tinnie was polished when it arrived.

I will withdraw the item from the for sale section.
