I'd say your "46" is a very early RZM piece dating from the first half of 1935 when the RZM marking system was just beginning and before the introduction of the "M1" license prefix.

Very early on some manufacturers took liberties with the RZM logo, which were quickly standardized.

There are four basic standard RZM logos:
      1. with double rings
      2. with single ring
      3. with a plain "Z"
      4. with a "Z" with a cross stroke
The incorrect idea that a single ring RZM logo is a fake came from an early medal reference book.

Here is a grouping of different RZM logos that has been taken from a selection of verified original badges to help better understand the interpretation of the logo by the die makers and manufactures at the time.

JNoble - what about early Ges. Gesch.
So far i've found 3 types:
              -Ges. gesch along the edge
              -it is in center
              -it shows up twice

              They all are correct?

I would say that all of the Frauenschaft badges shown here are original. The "GES GESCH" marks moves around quite a bit from maker to maker and depending on the size of the badge.

I can't find any problem with the DAF badges either. M1/18 was a common maker of the female DAF staff badge. I know it was also made by M1/13 and M1/78. The M1/18 ones in my collection show exacly the same reverse traits as yours, and I am very happy with them.
