I agree Stephen, that is most likely. Others have suggested Lebensborn as well, but I'm not so convinced with that one.

What worries me is though that this is the second I've seen in less than a year, before that never before....... Could be a coincidence, or a new fantasy item on the market? Who knows.

This one is traceable back at least 25-30 years. I got it together with several other tinnies. Many of the tinnies could be associated with the Saar area in southern-west germany.
