I came upon this "tinnie" awhile ago and have since been told that it is not a tinnie but a badge from the Dutch NSDAP. Can anyone shed some light on what this might actually be? Thanks!!!

this is not a Dutch but a Flemish badge.
The Nationaal Socialistische Jeugd Verbond was the youth branch of the Vlaamsch Nationaal Verbond.

Indeed a so called Tollenaere (the guy that is pictured on the badge) badge of the Flemish NS youth organisation.
It's to commemorate the 'Pinksterkamp' gathering of 1942.
Values from € 100-150 depending condition etc. They are not so rare.
Call it a tinnie or a badge ? I don't know, i would say tinnie
