M1/171 is not listed in Stephen Lautens' book on RZM marks nor is it listed in Cowdery's book (Nazi para-military organizations)...??

                    Hi,

Stephen here. M1/171 is missing from all the lists I have seen. The M1 (metal insignia) RZM license lists go up to M1/184, but 171 is skipped. Licenses were often awarded and announced in blocks of 10 or more, so if there were only 9 new licensees, one was skipped and then backfilled later.

M1/171 is likely a late war backfill, announced in one of the monthly RZM Mitteilungsblatts, now lost, or at least not yet found.

The badge looks fine to me from this unknown maker.

Thanks alot for your answer Stephen. These HJ-pins is not in my line of interest. So the next thing is to find the ones that collect them and find a resonable price. Seem like it´s rare. I haven´t seen anybody having this.

                      That´s to all.
