      It's the button off of an SA dess dagger with a pin soldered on. They are fairly common.

        I don't believe this is original. Looks like a piece that was produced in the early 1970s. Also, an SS stick pin was also available. Note the lack of grooves on the pin and the disc plate that is attached to the rondell. Color of the enamel not correct either. Not typical TR work in my opinion.

          IMO - color of the enamel is correct. I saw a SA daggers with button like this one.
          However, a think this pin is not original too.
