slovakian youth badge?

hi , the badge in question is in the shape of a small shield ,with three vertical stripes ,2 white and the centre green with a swastika , in hueskens its described as a slovakian youth badge ,but doesn t show the reverse . i recall seeing one of these with the maker mark otto hoffman which i know is a bogus name on hj badge repro s anyone any ideas ? cheers Terry

yes John ,thats the beastie i got the colour sequence wrong , i m sure i saw one of these on ebay last year with the otto mark , this one looks better

Sorry to come into this thread so late, I missed it originally.

The badge shown & described above is not for the Slovak youth, that would be red/white/red. The badge in question is for the Deutsche Jugend of Lower Styria (Untersteiermark), green & white are Styrian colours. The adult Volksdeutsche in this area were the Steierscher Heimatbund.
