RAD badge question

Hi guys, just bought this from Detlev. I dont even collect RAD stuff, but it was only $39, so I couldnt resist (...for the flesh is weak... ). It says its a Service badge for Maidenunterführerin. Can anyone tell me more about it? What rank is that in RAD? Would this badge be worn at the throat? Thanks!

Rank brooch to show rank of Maidenunterführerin (Bronze colour with the 3 outer ribs) and
was worn on the collar.

I think the rank of Maidenunterführerin was the same as Unterfeldmeister in RAD?

George: I might, my friend, I might. I am waiting to have it in my hands first, then I'll decide. I have a couple of RAD pieces somewhere and I was thinking of selling them, if I can find them that is. If I do sell, you'll have the first dibs on this one.
