In both J. Angolia and D. Littlejohn’s books they state the swords should be attached to the suspension loop not to the medal it’s self

Yes I know that, maybe somebody swords fixed after war.......But is it original medal?

I´m not sure, but I have an original in silver and it´s quite different than this in its general appearance. The detail mentioned about the point where the swords are fixed don´t like me anything.
