There is no known listing of NSDAP numbers. Some are known by cross-reference with other known numbers where the party number is also listed (eg. SS Officer numbers where the officer is a known party member and his number is listed). IF there was a complete listing, all the Gold Party Badge owners would be known.
I have found A FEW Gold Party Badge Numbers with their owner's name listed in Gau histories from original Gau publications, but not every Gau had a history book.
