I believe this to be a political officer buckle. A cap badge shows RSS on back and the last I don't know but it says on the back DGRM 1943 Cthdicke Ludensheid. Please help me to verify if this is correct. Any ideas of value for my friend. Thanks for your help.

Hello,
The belt buckle is an SA enlisted ranks buckle from the 30's, the center cap device is for a police visor cap, and the piece on the right is a cockade for a police Tschako (headgear) for enlisted ranks.
