Thank you for the offers and kind comments about my father in law. He is still in the vets home in Ohio and at the age of 86 ana he is still rather healthy. He does not recognize anyone or even remember anybody's name. I have ID'd most of the pins and medals. The RdG enamel pin was an interesting one I did not know about. What is the Hitler Dank Pin? It is rather heavy for a whw pin.. thanks again frank vitale

The Hitler's Dank (= Hitler's thanks) pin was given in 1933/34 to those he gave a donation for the Winterhilfswerk, a German governmental charity organization.

It was given from the Gau Westfalen Nord.
