    picked up by my father-in-law

    We found these in my father in laws attic after he was placed in a nursing home with alzheimers. They were on a political banner along with about 30 other badges, tinnies, and pins. He never talked about them or even mentioned them. Wanted to share them with you and get some help like.
    Should I clean them?

                Sorry about your father-in-law.
                The one's you have shown are okay as is as far as I can see if the rest are like these I would leave them as you found them.

                          R. d. G. = Reichsverband der Geflügelzüchter - Top Reich organization/association of the poultry farmers.

                          Rassegeflügel means thoroughbred poultry.

                              He said He drove a jeep from Normandy (D+3) to Berlin and in 1946 he went to work for the Willy's Overland company in Toledo Ohio building Jeeps.He retired in 1978. He never spoke much about his service time other to say that he helped liberate three concentration camps.
