1933 RPT Tinnie?

Hello, I recently received the below tin and noticed it has a rather big flaw in the right wing and on the reverse you can see circles in the upper wings...Is this just typical of the casting process? It certainly has some great detai lon the front. Also, the pin appears replaced or reattached? Just like to hear some thoughts on this one.
