Very nice can complete with paper label. It also looks like it still has the wire lock on it as well.

Yes, a very nice collection can your have, Koenigstiger. Since these cans were used for a variety of charitable collections, the labels were removed and replaced with new ones representing the latest collection. These cans are often found without any label remaining.
